Construction Management
With Construction Management as one of the company’s specializations, GTGO has accumulated experience over the years in soundly constructing several types of spaces – whether residential, corporate, industrial, commercial or hospitality-related spaces. Our ultimate goal is achieving a project within these set boundaries – time, cost and quality.
Project Administration
GTGO has explored and ventured into Project Administration; an offering of professional services which applies the foundation of project management; with the proper administration of cost to meet all the requirements in undertaking and completing a project. This type of service exposes both GTGO and the client to the best providers of construction materials, equipment and new methodologies, in order to be cost efficient.
Most recent projects completed have proven the efficiency of this undertaking and our company has received positive responses, and proponents have shown acceptance of this evolving development in project management.
Architecture and Interior Design
GTGO works closely with its affiliate company, GTGO AID, for its clients’ architectural and interior design needs, with services ranging from concept development, space planning, and 3D modeling and visualization, all the way to creating lighting designs, preparing furniture and furnishings layouts, and project management.

My father’s house which was built in the 1980’s, where I lived almost 20-30 years of my life, was built by GTGO, and my father’s house is still standing up to this day with very little problems. When it was my turn to build my house, I did not run anywhere else. They did a great job with my house, everything proceeded as planned, they helped me make decisions, which I felt was very important, because as a physician, I knew nothing about construction. All throughout, my interaction with their personnel was very professional, and the final product, which is the house that I live in today, I’m very satisfied with. …GTGO as our contractor who helped us create a first-class hotel resort called Azalea Boracay located in station 2 of Boracay island. It’s a 4-star hotel with 200 units complete with pool and amenities. We are happy with the superb workmanship and professionalism of their staff and management team. They were able to manage and weld the challenges of construction on the islands of Boracay. Their quick response and vast technical knowhow were able to cope up with the challenges encountered during the construction in the island. GTGo was instrumental to the growth and expansion of Tokyo Tokyo. The GTGo owners worked with us in managing the investment needed to build multiple stores. The Engineering team is knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to communicate with. They understand the urgency of constructing at the lowest cost and least possible leadtime to meet mall opening deadlines. GTGo likewise built our head office and main central commissary. It was a complicated project and they worked closely with Tokyo Tokyo management to make sure that our needs were met. On a personal note, I continue to rely on GTGo’s help in personal requirements at home. They are a joy to work with and we are lucky to have their support.
